The turn order, drawn in one go
Instead of drawing one name, then another, then wondering who has already been, this tool lines up the whole class at once: first, second, third, down to the last. The list appears numbered, and it holds on its own.

How it works

A full order, not a draw
The tool shuffles the present students and shows the whole permutation. Nobody is missing, nobody is listed twice: it is the same class, in a different order.

Three ways to reveal it
“Instant” shows the whole list at once. “Suspense” brings the ranks up one at a time, at a steady pace. “Manual” waits for you to click “Reveal next” for each name. Instant is free; “Suspense” and “Manual” are part of Kliip Premium.

A change of class resets it
Adding a student, removing one, or marking an absence clears the order on screen. That is deliberate: a turn order that no longer matches the class in the room would be worse than none.
When it really earns its place
Coming up to the board, one at a time
In manual mode you reveal the next rank as the previous student sits down. The class never knows what is coming: everyone stays attentive to the end.
Sharing equipment that goes round
One microscope, one tablet between two, a game played in turns: the order is settled once, and it stays visible to everyone for the whole activity.
What it does, and what it does not
The turn order is not written to the draw log: that log collects single names, and a full list would not belong there. As long as you do not regenerate and the class does not change, the order stays on screen.
The “Suspense” mode runs on its own, at a fixed pace: it does not wait for your click. If you want to set the pace yourself, “Manual” is the mode to use.
As everywhere on the board, the names stay in your browser and absent students are left out automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Does everyone get a turn?
Yes, and that is the difference from a draw. The tool returns the whole list of present students in a shuffled order: every student has exactly one rank, and no rank is empty.
Can I redo it if the order does not suit?
Yes, “Shuffle again” produces a new order. There is no memory from one shuffle to the next: the second one does not take the first into account.
What if a student arrives late?
Mark them present: the order on screen clears, because it no longer describes the class. Generate again and they are in it. That is more honest than quietly adding them at the end.
Is the Suspense mode slow enough?
Ranks appear a little under a second apart — enough to build anticipation, little enough not to hold the class still. For a completely free pace, “Manual” hands you the control.
